1. How does this work?

Save on Spirit in 4 easy steps:

Step 1: Find your Spirit Airlines itinerary here.
Step 2: Fill out and submit the “How much do I save?” form on SaveOnSpirit.com.
Step 3: You’ll receive an email with the discounted fare and a Flight Reservation Form link to finalize your reservation.
Step 4: Reservations are processed Sunday through Friday by 3 PM EST on the day of booking. Once processed, you’ll get a flight confirmation number and payment receipt.

At this point, your reservation is all yours to add bags, choose seats, or modify in any way you wish on the Spirit Airlines website or app. Enjoy your trip with extra cash in your pocket!

2. Why are your fares cheaper than other booking sites?

We offer lower fares than other booking sites because we specialize in bulk inventory management. This allows us to secure exclusive deals and pass the savings on to you, ensuring you get the best value for your travel.

5. Do you have a minimum order?

Yes, to maintain our discounted pricing, our minimum order is:

  • Two roundtrip tickets

    or

  • Four one-way tickets.

6. What are your business hours?

Monday–Friday, 7 AM – 3 PM EST.
Due to daily fare fluctuations, reservations submitted after 3 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

7. Is there a fee to use your service?

There is no additional fee to use our service. We aim to keep things simple and transparent, so you only pay for the fares themselves, with no hidden charges.

8. When does my payment process?

Your peace of mind is our priority. Your payment will only be processed once your reservation is confirmed and you receive your Spirit Airlines confirmation number.

9. How do I find my trip information?

Visit Spirit My Trips - Find Trip and enter your last name and confirmation code to access your trip information.

10. How do I add bags or modify my booking?

Visit Spirit My Trips - Find Trip and enter your last name and confirmation code to access your trip information. Once there, you can add bags or modify your booking as needed.

11. Do I keep all my Spirit Airlines points when booking through SaveOnSpirit?

Yes! Even though you book through us, you will still earn and retain all your Spirit Airlines points just as if you had booked directly through Spirit. Once you receive your Spirit confirmation email, you can add your Free Spirit membership number to ensure your points are credited.

12. Can I add additional passengers to a confirmed reservation?

Generally no, however, you may be able to add children. For further assistance, please visit Spirit Customer Support.

13. Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, we understand that life happens and plans change.

14. Is there a fee to change or cancel my reservation?

If a guest cancels a reservation within 24 hours of booking and the flight is at least seven days away, they are eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment. For reservations not eligible for a refund, guests will receive a Reservation Credit for the value of the booking (excluding Go bookings). Please note, airfare, government taxes and fees, ancillary fees, and differences in carrier fees may apply when making changes to your itinerary.

15. Does Spirit allow children to travel alone?

Yes. However, please note that we are unable to book flights for unaccompanied minors under 15 years of age. For additional assistance, please visit Spirit Customer Support.

16. Is there a difference between booking through your site and booking directly with Spirit Airlines?

Yes, there are differences. While both options will get you the same flight, booking through our site offers discounted fares by taking advantage of our bulk inventory pricing. Additionally, we provide personalized support throughout the booking process to ensure a smooth experience, which may not always be available when booking directly with the airline.

17. When is my payment processed?

Your payment is processed immediately after your itinerary is booked. Once your reservation is confirmed, the payment will be charged to your original form of payment.

18. Who owns my itinerary?

You remain the owner of your itinerary. We act as a facilitator to help you book and manage your travel, but the booking and all associated rights are entirely in your hands.

19. Who is responsible for resolving issues that occur during the booking process?

We are responsible for resolving any issues that arise during the booking process. Our team is here to assist you every step of the way, ensuring a smooth experience from search to booking.

20. What happens if there's an issue after my reservation is confirmed?

Once your reservation is confirmed and paid for, we no longer have access to it. If issues arise after that, please contact Spirit Airlines customer service for assistance.
